HYS International Limited locates in the international mold manufacturing base, Shenzhen China, specializing precision, medium & large size moulds for Automotive bumper, instrument panel, door panel, and center console components; Home appliance such as air conditioner, washer, refrigeratory, LCD players and DVD players; Medical products and so on.Established in 1995, with superior quality and punctual delivery HYS International Limited has been recognized as one of the most excellent mould manufacturers in China.
We already have about 980 staffs, 500 tooling staffs, and 120 engineers specializing in designing utilizing CAD/CAM/CAE. In addition to the spacious tooling workshops and injection workshops, our business scope possesses prototype, oil spray silkscreen painting and assembly workshops providing an all-around-service.
Equipped with the most advanced softwares such as Pro/E, UG, CATIA, and Mouldflow for design, analysis and manufacturing, imported over 100 sets highly precision tooling machines from German and Japan, including high speed 5 axles CNC, twin heads EDM, wire cutting, and CMM inspection machines with large working ranges.
We export moulds 900 sets annually which range from precision, medium to large size. And our largest tonnage press for tryouts ranges up to 2800ton.
